I’m happy to announce that I will be returning to my dear friend Mark Stevens’ amazing yoga studio, October 11th through 13th.

A weekend of slow moving challenging and safe Jivamukti vinyasa style workshops with a focus on breath work, alignment, and awareness of transitions. Each class contains meditation, chanting and yoga philosophy based on chapter 6 (The Yoga of Meditation) of the Bhagavad Gita. The weekend will also include a lecture on the same theme. Open to all levels for the whole weekend or as separate events.
